Call Center Agent
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer service? We operate seamlessly between the US and the UK, and we are actively seeking individuals to join our team in Chula Vista (CA).
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, upsell products, and provide exceptional service
- Enter customer information into the database accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and problemsolving skills
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products or services
Pay:
From $20.72 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
