CMJ Management, a large real estate service/management organization is looking for an experienced full-time Property Manager to oversee Quaker Meadow Apartments in Lynn MA.
This position is responsible for the implementation and administration of policies, procedures, and programs on a day-to-day basis that assures compliance with federal, state and local ordinances, meets the needs of the residents and their lease agreements, meets the needs of the property owner, and the terms of the management agreement, and maintains operating expenses while enhancing the quality of the services provided.
The individual in this position must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem solving, decision making, multitasking, communication and organizational skills.
In addition, strong budgeting, financial management, and experience with property management software are critical.Position Requirements:
Knowledge of HUD rules and regulations pertaining to Section 8 housing is a requirement.
Work well both independently and under pressure. Ability to "team build" while handling multiple projects and changing priorities.
Must have direct experience in budget preparation, monthly reporting, contract administration, including negotiation and strong tenant relations skills.
Develop and monitor all capital improvement plans.
Assume primary responsibility of compliance with any and all government regulations.
Must have experience and success managing a team; including training of all site personnel, conducting weekly staff meetings, performing written evaluations, and maintaining
and submitting accurate payroll records
Must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, and Excel proficiencies.
Experience in One Site accounting/property management software preferable
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

- HUD Section 8 housing: 3 years (preferred)
