SURVEY PROJECT MANAGER - Phoenix, AZ

Dibble is looking for a skillful and highly motivated _Survey Project Manager _
to join our Survey team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an opportunity for you to join our fine group of respected professionals.


SUMMARY:


This role of
Survey Project Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of survey CAD drawings of all types.

Ensures all deliverables are completed according to the Company standard and with the highest degree of quality. Also responsible for providing comprehensive land survey data in support of engineering.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits.
  • Prepare survey plats, topographic survey drawings, and control sheets.
  • Prepare and organize folders for new jobs (including electronic project files).
  • Conduct county records and property boundary research as necessary.
  • Complete post processing data for engineering design.
  • Communicate effectively with both the client and survey team.
  • Note: Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this role at any time._

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Strong land survey knowledge, with demonstrated ability to prepare all types of survey CAD drawings.
  • Ability to provide timely, accurate land survey deliverables.
  • Ability to meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions to the benefit of the project.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the project team.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Civil 3D, Microsoft Office programs, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to identify and address quality control issues.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • A strong commitment to the Values and Mission of the Company.

Education and Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Land Surveying.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Technical drafting degree preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Requires competency in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Other Requirements:


  • Must have a valid Arizona driver's license or be able to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license within 3 months of start date.

Working Conditions:


  • This role operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.
  • This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing and supply stocking is required. This would require the ability to lift files, reams and boxes of paper, boxes of supplies, open cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.

Salary depends on level of skills and experience
