Tasks

  • You work closely with the respective "Senior Recruiter Global IT/Finance" and support the "Senior Recruiter Global" in all global recruiting topics
  • You actively shape the further growth of the FTI GROUP and inspire the best talents to join us
  • You are also the contact person for executives from IT/Finance for all recruitingrelated topics
  • You enjoy following current recruiting trends nationally and internationally and like to shape processes in a new way
  • You use platforms such as Linkedin or Xing to identify and directly approach interesting candidates
  • You always keep important recruiting KPIs in mind and use them for a quick and successful recruitment process

Profile / Qualifications

  • You have a degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a similar field
  • You have professional experience in the field of recruiting
  • You are proficient in using Xing and Linkedin and can easily transfer suitable profiles to the applicant management system
  • You have good written and spoken English skills
  • You enjoy keeping up with recruiting trends and tools
