JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all program records and support for the evidence‐based program data and will facilitate all pre‐ and post-service surveys, in addition to training sub‐grantee and staff on the Data Report and developing tracking system.
Applicants should have some experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Mental Health setting, and possess excellent data entry skills.
DATA ANALYST COORDINATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs data entry using word processing, spreadsheet or database commands and formats material as required.
- Creates data directories/subdirectories for file and report generation retrieval purposes.
- Reviews discrepancies in data received requests clarification of issues related to data and performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
- Interacts with departmental and other staff on matters affecting data and publications flow and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
- Conduct initial intakes to ensure eligibility of potential clients
- Coordinate of all program records and support for the evidencebased program data and will facilitate all pre and postsurveys
- Facilitate all pre/post surveys
- Obtain medical histories and personal information of new clients
- Responsible for facilitating all internal and external referrals
- Update all records of existing clients
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare new client paperwork and complete assessment
- Assist with billing as needed
- Training of subgrantee and staff on data reports
- Develop a tracking system
- Additional duties as needed
DATA ANALYST COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Client scheduling experience
- Experience with health insurance a plus (Medicaid/MCO)
- Computer and data entry skills
- Bilingual communication skills a plus
