Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Worker to join our team.

As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the efficient operation of our facility.

This is a vital role that contributes to the overall success of our organization.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Bussing:

• Clear tables in the dining area promptly and efficiently.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Assist servers in ensuring a clean and organized dining environment for guests.

Food Running:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food delivery.

Barbacking:

• Assist bartenders in stocking and organizing bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service.

Dishwashing:

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization, including trash removal and recycling.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and guest service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent bending, reaching, and walking.
• Comfortable working in a hot and humid kitchen environment.
