- Processes application documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Admissions staff for resolution.
- Collects and verifies required documentation of applicants to determine eligibility and suitability for Job Corps and inputs all enrollment information into the required database.
- Ensures that all admission forms are properly signed and completed.
- Correct and modify inaccurate files and records.
- Obtains any additional information necessary to complete the application file. Update the database with new information as it becomes available.

Job DescriptionJob Summary: Provides outreach and admissions support services to the contract through data entry from various applicant source documents into the OASIS computer system for processing to ensure an outgoing flow of complete applications for eligible youth wishing to enter the Job Corps Program.
Experience: Minimum of one year of data entry experience preferred. Must be proficient with computer programs and data entry.
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), associate degree in administrative support technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver's License and current automobile liability insurance coverage if applicable.
