We are currently seeking a qualified Security Supervisor to join our team. This position requires a professional individual with a strong focus on security protocols and exceptional customer service skills.

Long Beach


Shifts:
Weekend evenings

Attire:
Dark color uniform suit is required


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of security personnel to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards
• Maintain a secure environment for premises, assets, and individuals
• Provide superior customer service and effectively deescalate conflicts when necessary
• Enforce company policies and procedures with precision and professionalism
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor Guests of events

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security isn't necessary
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts and adapt to changing schedules

$ $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)
