Position:
Registered Nurse

• RN (Sign on bonus)

South Portland, ME


Pay:

• Starting at $38/hour and based on experience
• Shift differentials offered

- $5,000 Sign on bonus


Schedule:
Full time, part time, and per diem positions available

• Morning shifts 6:45a3:15p
• Evening shifts 2:45p11:15p
• Night shifts 10:45p7:15a

Weekend baylor schedules are available as well. Ask about our baylor schedules

• Work hour shifts every weekend and get paid for 32 hours OR work hour shifts every weekend and get paid for 40 hours

Summary:

Pinnacle Health and Rehab is looking to hire RN's for our 72 bed South Portland, ME location. Providing care to our residents within our long-term care, hospice, and memory care settings.

• Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents
• Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
• Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.
• Other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree
• Current ME RN licensure
• Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)
