Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage capital structure and funding strategies, including debt and equity financing.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and assess riskreturn profiles.
  • Optimize cash flow management, working capital, and liquidity positions.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisionmaking by senior management and the board of directors.
  • Evaluate investment projects, acquisitions, and divestitures, conducting financial modeling and risk assessments.
  • Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and economic indicators to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to protect the company's financial interests.
  • Monitor compliance with insurance coverage and claims management processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
  • Communicate financial performance, strategies, and outlook through presentations, reports, and meetings.
  • Serve as a key liaison between finance and other functional areas, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Requirements:


  • Experience a must
  • Deep understanding of real estate finance, investment analysis, and property valuation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
