Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage capital structure and funding strategies, including debt and equity financing.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and assess riskreturn profiles.
- Optimize cash flow management, working capital, and liquidity positions.
- Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisionmaking by senior management and the board of directors.
- Evaluate investment projects, acquisitions, and divestitures, conducting financial modeling and risk assessments.
- Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and economic indicators to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to protect the company's financial interests.
- Monitor compliance with insurance coverage and claims management processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
- Communicate financial performance, strategies, and outlook through presentations, reports, and meetings.
- Serve as a key liaison between finance and other functional areas, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Requirements:
- Experience a must
- Deep understanding of real estate finance, investment analysis, and property valuation methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
