    Functie Omschrijving

    Als Quality Control Engineer heb je de verantwoordelijkheid om inspecties aan ingekochte (kritieke) producten bij (internationale) leveranciers te plannen, uit te voeren en zo nodig te begeleiden. Daarnaast houd je toezicht op de voortgang van de fabricage, zodat producten inclusief documentatie worden geleverd in overeenstemming met de afgesproken kwaliteit, maatvoering, materiaalspecificaties en levertijd.
    Het is belangrijk om in de benadering van leveranciers rekening houdt met de sensitiviteit van mogelijke internationale en cultuurverschillen. In deze functie vol diversiteit voer je overleg met verschillende afdelingen, maar wanneer je in gesprek bent gbij leveranciers functioneer je zelfstandig.
    Bij de uitvoering van inspectiewerkzaamheden gebruik je verscheidende gegevens, zoals tekeningen, klantspecificaties, certificaten, lasdocumenten en ontwerpnormen. Je bent goed in staat om helder en overtuigend in het Engels te communiceren.
    Rapporteert aan

    HTS / TU diploma Werktuigbouwkunde
    Kennis & ervaring met de programma's Autocad
    Kennis & ervaring met lassen, materialen en ontwerpnormen (o.a.AMSE, PED en NDO-testmethoden)
    Minimaal drie tot vijf relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare omgeving
    Internationaal ervaring met projecten is een voordeel
    Heldere en duidelijke manier van communiceren
    Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
    Nauwgezet,
    goed technisch over- en inzicht zaken realiseren en documenteren
    Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal is een must
