We are currently looking for you as a Technical Clerk for Planning (m/f/d) for a deployment at DB's location in Freiburg (Breisgau).


Your tasks:


  • Planning and scheduling of maintenance measures based on SAP notifications, taking into account work, environmental and fire protection considerations
  • Determination of machinery, tools and construction methods
  • Timely submission of constructionrelated notifications using the BBPneo program
  • Readjustment and reorganization in case of deviations in construction execution
  • Coordination of technical and operational planning with the detailed planning office regarding personnel capacity and scheduling

Your profile:


  • Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a plant mechanic or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in planning maintenance measures
  • Very good knowledge of SAP R3 and MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Willingness and professional requirements to acquire missing qualifications
  • Strong technical and economic understanding
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working complete your profile
