- Provide guidance to operations and production staff regarding title matters and underwriting policies and procedures.
- Review files within a 5day timeframe to identify potential title approval solutions.
- Monitor incoming correspondence from title insurers for any procedural changes.
- Establish and maintain a knowledge management system for regionspecific title information.
- Assess and manage title risk, implementing appropriate business solutions.
- Handle, escalate, or resolve title claims received internally.
- Liaise with regional title insurers to ensure compliance with company underwriting policies.
- Direct or support personnel training in title searching, underwriting, and related tasks.
- Participate in staff recruitment and development initiatives.
- Support title team members in various assigned functions as directed by management.
- Ability to collaborate with customers, borrowers, and title insurance underwriters to resolve issues.

- Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, selfconfidence, and selfmotivation.

- At least 2 years of professional experience in lending regulations, title insurance, and legal matters.
- Preferred qualification: Law degree, though not mandatory.
