Now Hiring for a Contract Staff Accountant for 6 months Fully On-Site

Flexible Hours - 7:00am - 3:30pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Assist with bank reconciliations and saving files.
Intercompany allocations and reconciliations (Must)
Record payroll reports into the accounting system, and accruals
General ledger entries.
Assist with month-end and year-end close preparation of filings and reports.
Support the team with special projects as needed.
Maintaining of A/R Reconciliations
Support with Accounts Payable

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields - Required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains accounting system. (Big Plus)
Advanced Excel skills (V-LOOUP'S and Pivot Tables)
Team Player
Detail oriented
