Java / JEE Architects with an Analytical Mind and a Knack for Project Management

Your task with us is to develop and implement new software architectures. You will work on concepts that integrate innovations into existing software architectures and ensure the smooth interaction of different systems. You always have the "big picture" in mind and take on the holistic planning of new software.

Your Responsibilities

Consulting with clients and our consultants on designing customizations and extensions for the core system to meet client needs
Monitoring compliance with the in|sure architecture
Technical leadership of sub-teams
Coordination with product management and the product development team
Alignment of our standard software with the processes, environments, and software and system architecture of our clients
Definition or optimization of development processes: selection of suitable tools, processes, and methods

Your Profile

Completed degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
Excellent knowledge of Java/Java EE and developing Java-based applications (ideally JEE) using web-based frontend frameworks (JSF)
Demonstrable experience in developing software systems in the insurance industry
Solid understanding of software engineering methods and techniques, such as process and data modeling
Good knowledge
