PNDetector is an innovative high-tech company, leading in the development and production of modern radiation sensors. Our detectors and detector systems are successfully used worldwide in research, microanalysis, and industrial quality control.

We have our own state-of-the-art cleanroom for semiconductor manufacturing, as well as numerous assembly and testing laboratories for our high-end products.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Multitasking in customer service: From creating quotes to order processing and follow-up, to preparing customer visits, you are our main contact person.
  • You support the Key Account Management in servicing our major customers.
  • You create evaluations and statistics for our account managers.
  • You assist in the organization and coordination of sales events and trade shows.
  • You handle general administrative tasks related to the sales department.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a strong interest in sales and customer service.
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • You have a good understanding of MS Office programs.
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
