The Wohnstift am Tiergarten e.V. and the Wohnstift Rathsberg e.V. are both three-part facilities consisting of assisted living, outpatient care, and inpatient care. The senior residences have 1000 apartments of high standard for approximately 1200 residents, as well as 156 inpatient care places, including 22 for residents with dementia. The annual turnover is approximately 40 million euros, the value of land and property is around 168 million euros, and there are approximately 520 employees. The Wohnstifts are both run by non-profit associations and are affiliated with the Diakonie.

Culture is at the heart of both senior residences. The culture of well-being is evident in the natural location of the two facilities, but also the culture of care is lived daily by the motivated and well-trained teams on site. The culture of leisure activities is particularly appreciated by the residents. Both residences, for example, have large concert halls that enjoy an excellent reputation through performances by renowned orchestras.

Managing Director (m/f/d) for both facilities
