Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Ability to maintain/monitor equipment apps on devices & verifying equipment conditions.
- Respond to repair and maintenance requests quickly and with a professional manner
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include general construction, automotive, and repairing building fixtures.
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirements
- At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
- Time management of job duties and workflow.
- Operate power and hand tools along with motorized equipment and vehicles
- Knowledge of general maintenance and repair
- Prior experience in maintenance or related fields in construction/equipment maintenance
Abilities required
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend or crawl in awkward spaces
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry objects 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to pass airport security clearance background check
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
