Your tasks

  • Preparation, analysis and quality assurance of consolidated financial statements for the Gerresheimer Group according to IFRS
  • Plausibility checks and analysis of reporting data from subsidiary companies, as well as explanation of changes and management of reporting processes
  • Driver of further development of IFRS accounting guidelines, processes and procedures within Group Accounting
  • Handling of complex accounting issues and drafting of professional opinions
  • Support in the development and implementation of group-wide accounting methods
  • Consultation and support for subsidiary companies on various accounting, process and project-related issues
  • Close collaboration with auditors and other stakeholders
  • Assumption of special tasks in group-wide projects in the finance department, such as the SAP transformation to SAP 4/Hana

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration - ideally with a focus on international accounting
  • Several years of relevant work experience in an internationally active, capital market-oriented industrial company
  • Extensive expertise in accounting and reporting according to IFRS; solid knowledge in the areas of hedge accounting and consolidation is advantageous
  • Passion for analyzing business processes at company and group level, as well as defining and implementing best practice solutions
  • Team player with a structured
