The MTO Pick C4 Personal Shopper is responsible for packing grocery items and other goods, scan items for order completion, and ensures the customer's goods are well protected.

This role does not require previous experience.

Responsibilities and Working Conditions:

Packs the grocery items and other goods making sure that fragile items are protected
Processing (picking + scanning + packing)
Safe Food Practices specific to department
Assist in housekeeping of the department
Maintain excellent safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity standards within the distribution warehouse
Audit product for quality
Maintain a team player mentality by assisting others when the need arises.
Input from JD
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
In a workday: standing/walking 610 hours or more
Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals, loud noises, flashing lights
Constant exposure to temperatures:
Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
Ability to work in other areas of the business as needed

Education and Qualifications:

Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Must be able to work holidays.
Must be able to start overnight or early morning hours (start times vary by department)
Ability to meet production and accuracy standards in a fastpaced work environment.
Able to stand and walk for long period of times
Ability to push, pull, squat, twist, kneel, reach, turn and bend
Ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs intermittently during a typical work shift
Comfortable and able to work a 812hr shift (hours per day are based on business need)
Work a shift of hours a day (Overtime is mandatory)
Must be able to stand for majority of your shift
Ability to work in climate from 32 to 3
Required to wear oil and slip resistant shoes
Must be comfortable in warehouse/production environment
Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture
