    Data Analyst Position at OrangePeople

    This role is seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, operational efficiency, and attention to detail to manage data quality of Scaled Partnerships programs at OrangePeople. If you're ready to elevate your career as a Data Analyst, OrangePeople encourages your application.


    Candidate Value Proposition:

    Join a centralized team within partnerships, specifically scaled partnerships, managing various programs with creators at OrangePeople. Collaborate with a partner management team requiring strong technical and communication skills.     Role Responsibilities:
    • Provide detailed reporting of vendor management efficiency regularly.
    • Act as the main liaison for stakeholders ensuring effective communication on data quality.
    • Develop and manage reports and dashboards supporting stakeholder needs.
    • Utilize operational skills to ensure efficient data processes.
    • Manage stakeholder requests and maintain the measurement framework.
    • Be the primary contact for Partner Management, Data Foundations, and Operations teams offering domain knowledge.

    Performance Measurement:
    • Performance based on ramp-up time, feedback, quality of work, completion, and evaluation of responsibilities.

    Key Skills Required:
    • 3-5+ years of SQL experience (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.).
    • Experience in building dashboards using BI tools like Looker and Tableau.
    • Strong Excel skills.
    • Attention to detail.

    Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Python knowledge is beneficial.
    • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Hubspot.

    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills and effective teamwork.
    • Presentation abilities.
    • Collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
    • Attention to detail and operational efficiency.
    • Proven initiative and independence.
    • Experience in data or business analytics roles.
    • Organizational skills.

    Educational Requirement:
    • BA or BS degree.

    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and team-building efforts.
    • Contribute to technical discussions, peer reviews, and content collaboration.
    • Provide status reports to Account Management when required.
