Job Summary:

This position reports to the Manager of Graco Brand Finance for the Baby Division and will partner with the brand development team, customer and sales planning, and supply chain finance teams to drive profitable growth for the business.

This role will support brand leadership of the Graco marketing function by providing financial insights that guide choices and decisions.

This role supports the new product development process, with a focus on pricing, cost, and profitability of new product launches.

This position will also have a project-based focus and support various needs for the finance team. The work completed in this role will influence management decision making by providing timely and accurate financial information. The applicant should be comfortable working in a fast paced, flexible environment. The ability to work across teams effectively is critical to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Manager role with analysis of the profitability of new projects as well as capital investments, NPV, and IRR; assist in modeling _38_ tracking these new product investments.

Support the innovation process cycle through gate meeting financial reviews, ensuring projected revenues and costs are accurately reflected, and tracking of the projects in Anaplan.

Support Customer promotional activities and give recommendations for investment based on funding guardrails, brand strategies, and return on investment.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities including ownership for financial models to track product and customer profitability.
Ownership of pricing models and maintaining accurate pricing in financial systems.
Assist in preparation of the annual sales plan and long-term strategic plan.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, as timeline to action may be tight and require significant cross-functional coordination.
Strong business acumen and ability to share business knowledge with non-financial individuals.
Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills.
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
0 - 3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), computer literate.
Experience with SAP and Oracle/Hyperion planning systems strongly preferred.
Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks.
Ability to work as part of a team and interface with others across all levels of the organization.
