- Promote and develop a culture of safety and superior service quality to support customer needs
- Thorough understanding of all services provided in district
- Responsible for managing the P&L
- Lead by example
- Assist sales to develop new relationships, procure new MSA's and provide technical proposals and bids for clients
- Help develop and implement employee progression plans
- Perform biannual performance appraisals for team
- Build and maintain customer relationships in the basin
- Interface with operations and corporate management
- Verify district operations to be performed in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations as well as company and industry standards
- Promote and implement WOS policies and procedures
- Ensure all job information is distributed and discussed with field supervisors for each operation
- Job tickets are accurate and invoiced in timely manner
- Responsible to ensure all direct reports have all training, tools and resources necessary to conduct their job in a safe manner
- Ensure district remains profitable and make decisions to improve profitability
- Conduct on-site visits/audits to ensure customers' needs are being met and relationship is established
- Manage headcount based on job activity
- Regular client communications and follow-ups
- Five years of field wireline experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of wireline management or engineer in charge responsibilities
- Self-Motivation
- The capability to comply with all internal or external background checks
- Willing to work an on-call schedule
- Able to dispatch to location/job site when needed
- Understanding of customer needs, requirements, and market conditions
- Excellent leadership and analytic skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer proficiencies in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in changing environments
- Team oriented mindset and long-term commitment to growth
