JOB SUMMARY:


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide nonclinical support for Care Management.
  • Filter and escalate calls or issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Document daily calls in software and follow clinical operation guidelines and polices which include, but are not limited to: documentation of problems, interventions and outcomes
  • Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ensure all job responsibilities are carried out in compliance with the company and State and Federal regulations.

Required:


  • High School Diploma

Preferred:


  • Bachelor's Degree

Required:


  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
