Responsibilities

Manage the Detail Department work schedule
Coordinate vacations, days off, and lunches to ensure proper staffing
Coordinate individual team members' activities to ensure timely deliveries of sold vehicles, service washes, details for show, and inhouse details
Conduct scheduled reviews of Detail Department employees and conduct any coaching or disciplinary reviews of Detail Department employees as needed
Produce a quality product
Inspect all vehicles that have gone through the appropriate cleaning processes. This includes service washes, details for show, details for delivery, and inhouse full details
Oversee the Lot display for Uftring Nissan
Improve CSI
Maintain the Detail portion of the Detail Building
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Detail Building
Maintain all Detail Department equipment
Control the proper inventory of Detail products. This includes selection of the products used by All Detailers, controlling expenses, and evaluating the effectiveness of these products

Qualifications

Required: minimum of 2 years of detail experience
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred
Must have a valid IL driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to drive a manual transmission
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and able to take directions from several people
Ability to multitask
Must be a reliable team player with a professional leadership style that has the ability to motivate and lead others

Hours
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
