Your future responsibilities will include:


  • Providing our renowned corporate clients with the
    perfect personnel and serving as a
    problem solver by offering competent advice at all times
  • Analyzing and exploring the market,
    acquiring new clients, and
    managing our longstanding clients in the Wernigerode region

Recruiting new employees for
temporary work and/or
direct placement:

  • Creating
    job postings, reviewing
    applications, conducting
    interviews, and making
    hiring decisions:

Guiding the applicant holistically from the beginning, as well as throughout their entire employment with the client

  • Conducting employee meetings,
    scheduling and responding flexibly to various situations and demands
