Located in the midst of water, on the largest river island in Europe, the Office for Water, Wastewater and Geology of the ACEA deals with water and wastewater management, geology, and climate adaptation every day with around 140 employees. Our workday is as diverse as our modern, eye-catching office building, and we approach it with high motivation, service orientation, collegiality, and openness to new ideas. The Hydrological State Measurement Network comprises approximately 680 groundwater measurement points (GWM) and 62 surface water measurement points (OGM), where hydrological parameters such as water levels are recorded. As part of a temporary project, their condition will be assessed and the measurement network and data management will be well-positioned for the future.
