Flushing, New York**SPM, LLC, a fullservice national property management firm, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for an Affordable Housing Building for Seniors 62 years and Older. Must have strong experience with HUD and occupancy standards for affordable housing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must have strong experience with HUD and occupancy standards for Affordable Housing

Must have leasing expierence.
Collect rent and prepare late notices.
Post the Cash Receipts Journal daily, maintain current tenant ledger cards, and make bank deposits on a daily basis.
Assist Community Manager with processing and coding property invoices.
Assist with onsite or managementresident relations.
Must possess the ability to maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the community and the residents' welfare.
Must respect residents' privacy and maintain confidentiality of all aspects of the community.
Must have the ability to comply with all governmental laws and regulations, including but not limited to fair housing, environmental and safety laws and regulations.
Must have valid driver's license, proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation that is in good operating condition.
Drug test and background check required; weekends required.
