    Description

    Position Overview:

    At our company, we are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Parent Accounting team. The team supports 50+ business units across multiple countries, offering opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

    This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO, with a hybrid work schedule.

With a fleet of over 2.3 million vehicles and operations in 90+ countries, we aim to provide seamless travel experiences to our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and account schedules
    • Analyze income statements by group/branch
    • Develop annual forecasts for corporate departments
    • Offer accounting guidance to departments
    • Process vendor invoices and T&E reports
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities

    In addition to these tasks, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in key competencies like communication, customer service, ethics, execution, flexibility, and teamwork.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Requirements:
      • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Business with Accounting Concentration
      • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
