Are you looking for a diverse challenge where both your analytical skills and operational leadership are put to use? As an Operations Supervisor at our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Richfield, you will be responsible for the daily operations and management of a team of approximately 140 employees (known as "Shoppers").

Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their orders in the correct quantity and quality, at the right time.


In addition to overseeing the daily operations, you will also work on various projects to improve our processes and enhance the customer experience.

To balance the demands of operational leadership and strategic work, your work week will be divided into "Shiftlead days" and "Office days" to ensure a focused approach.


At Picnic, no two days are the same, and your organizational skills and leadership will be put to the test.

Even in the busiest of times, you remain calm and know how to quickly resolve any issues to keep the day running smoothly.

Your approachable and open demeanor will also contribute to a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the daily operations at our Richfield FC and ensuring that all operational activities are prioritized and completed on time during your shift
  • Leading, motivating, coaching, and inspiring a team of team leaders and 100+ Shoppers on a daily basis
  • Managing your own optimization projects to continuously improve our processes
