- Support individuals with health impairments
- Guide individuals in their professional reorientation
- Conduct individual conversations to provide support and stability
- Lead group workshops to promote skills
- Document evaluations and accompanying work
- Collaborate with funding agencies and other partners on projectrelated tasks
Your profile:
- Vocational training in a trade or household management
- Experience working with our target group is desirable
- Basic counseling and methodological skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Enjoy working with diverse individuals
