User Access Provisioning:
Manually grant access to systems, applications, databases, and other resources based on defined roles, responsibilities, and business requirements
2 Access Review and Recertification:
Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure that user access rights are appropriate and comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Manually recertify access rights as necessary.3.User Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire lifecycle of user accounts, including onboarding, role changes, transfers, and offboarding. Ensure that access is granted, modified, or revoked promptly and accurately according to established procedures.4.
Access Requests and Approvals:
Process access requests submitted by users or managers, verifying the legitimacy of requests and obtaining appropriate approvals before granting access to sensitive systems or data
5 Policy Enforcement:
Enforce IAM policies and standards related to user access, authentication, and authorization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices
6 Access Control Auditing:

Coordinate with IAM solution vendors, service providers, and consultants to implement and maintain access management tools, technologies, and services effectively.12.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and threats in IAM and cybersecurity to proactively address evolving security challenges and requirements.
Overall, a Manual User Access Management specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the security, integrity, and compliance of user access within the organization's digital ecosystem, safeguarding sensitive data and resources from unauthorized access or misuse.
(1.) To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product.(2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
(5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
