- Lead the design process for commercial, hospitality, and event center projects from schematic design to construction administration phases.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that exceed expectations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Travel as required to project sites and client meetings.
- Take a lead role in the design development and construction document phases of commercial, hospitality, and event center projects.
- Work closely with the Registered Architect to translate design concepts into detailed drawings and specifications using REVIT software.
- Coordinate with internal team members and consultants to integrate engineering systems and technical requirements into the design.
- Assist in managing project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Conduct code analysis and research to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Provide support during construction administration phase, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Registered Architect license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on commercial, hospitality, or event center projects.
- Proficiency in REVIT
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial, hospitality, or event center projects.
- Proficiency in REVIT
- Solid understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Job Captain: $60,000-$85,000 BOE
- Registered Architect: $95,000-$120,000+ BOE
