DESCRIPTION:


The position includes:

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware & software issues and escalating as necessary.
  • Processing monitoring alerts according to defined protocols.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Providing timely information to customerfacing teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Working shifts during nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Parttime position with a minimum of 3 shifts per week.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware & software platforms.
  • Quick learner & Details oriented.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Currently studying for a technical bachelor's degree
    an advantage:
  • Prior experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
    an advantage

  • Experience with tech support web tools such as Jira Service Desk **an advantage.
