DESCRIPTION:
The position includes:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware & software issues and escalating as necessary.
- Processing monitoring alerts according to defined protocols.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Providing timely information to customerfacing teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Working shifts during nights, weekends and holidays.
- Parttime position with a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
- Basic knowledge of hardware & software platforms.
- Quick learner & Details oriented.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Currently studying for a technical bachelor's degree
an advantage: - Prior experience in a technical support or helpdesk role

- Experience with tech support web tools such as Jira Service Desk **an advantage.
