Overview:
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings
- Perform medical assessments and document patient information accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in clients' charts
- Collaborate with physicians and family to devise individualized care plans for client
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
- Any other task assigned by the director
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in PA and BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures for seniors
- Patient with excellent problemsolving skills
Job Type:

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
Physical setting:
- Skilled nursing facility
Standard shift:
- Day shift
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (required)
- RN (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Chalfont, PA required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Chalfont, PA 18914: Relocate before starting work (required)
