    Claims Auditor:

    The claims auditor will assess and comment on workers' compensation claim files as part of routine audits. By leveraging their expertise, training, and adhering to specific instructions and regulations, they will evaluate various aspects of claim handling, including coverage determinations, negotiations, communications, and documentation in the files under review.

    Please note that this posting aims to gather a pool of potential candidates for future projects and engagements.

    Key Objectives:

    • Conduct investigations and assessments on workers' compensation claims during audits.
    • Analyze and provide feedback on the claim handling practices of Third Parties.
    • Possibly take on project management duties, overseeing audits and managing other auditors, based on experience and capabilities.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and proper handling of complex claims.
    • Showcase proficiency in managing claim files and delivering excellent customer service.

    Qualifications:

    • In-depth understanding of workers' compensation claim management.
    • At least 5 years of experience in insurance claims.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
    • Emphasis on quality, continuous enhancement, and effective communication.
    • Strong decision-making abilities and adaptability to change.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

    Education and Experience:

    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 5 years handling claims, especially workers' compensation claims.
    • Capability to work autonomously and effectively with external parties.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office tools.
