To achieve these goals, we are currently seeking a full-time permanent Deputy Production Manager (m/f/d)
  • Packaging.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and organizing the production department in packaging with over 150 employees and responsibility for process key figures for profitability and quality Timely, quality and cost-effective processing of orders in a regulated environment Identifying and utilizing optimization potentials Responsibility for resource planning of personnel, materials and machines to ensure smooth production processes Continuous strategic and organizational development of production Regular management reporting What do we expect? You have a degree in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, packaging or industrial engineering) and have extensive experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, but also in other industries.

You have experience with method competencies in the field of lean management and are also assertive, have a structured, results-oriented approach and possess a high degree of self-organization.
