Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Create and drive/facilitate MIM bridges until the resolution. Validate the major/critical/sev1/p1 based on the business impact and vitality parameters. Manage critical incidents with goal of reducing outage times and deliver world class service to the clients.
  • Service as primary point of contact for clients during outages (in coordination and with support of Service/client managers). Provide regular updates to collaborators & team members joining bridge call.
