Overview:


CAES is growing our Talent Acquisition team and we are looking for an on-site
Talent Acquisition Business Partner with full cycle recruiting experience to help shape, build, and scale our newly established in-house Talent Acquisition organization.

You will work closely with hiring managers alongside HRBP's and be given ownership of the full cycle recruiting process including qualifying requirements, sourcing, recruiting, and closing world-class talent.

This role is full-time, it will be required to be
on-site at our San Diego facility 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities:


YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and recruiting strategies and approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
  • Works collaboratively with the talent acquisition team to define, develop and implement recruiting strategies
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decisionmaking processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, HRBP's, and leadership
  • Cultivate and maintain an ongoing strong working relationship with business leaders and HR in order to understand the business, facilitate workforce planning strategies and create a partnership that ensures an agile hiring process
  • Partner with other Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support the overall CAESwide talent acquisition strategies

Minimum Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Aerospace and Defense tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance rules and regulations
  • Experience managing engineering technical roles
