Disaster Restoration Field Supervisor

We are on the lookout for a Disaster Restoration Field Supervisor with a focus on Rebuild Services to join our dedicated team.

Offering a competitive salary range of $50K to $80K based on experience, this role is pivotal in managing our subcontractors who specialize in rebuild services after disaster restoration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate subcontractors responsible for providing rebuild services, ensuring they meet our stringent standards of quality, budget adherence, and timeliness.
Manage the rebuild segment of our disaster restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring subcontractor activities align with client expectations and project goals for satisfaction and profitability.
Conduct financial oversight, including the timely collection of payments and monitoring the economic aspects of rebuild projects.
Attend and contribute to company meetings, support in training initiatives, and advocate for a safetyfirst culture in all rebuild activities.
Handle multiple rebuild projects simultaneously, maintaining clear and detailed communication and documentation.
Foster and maintain productive relationships with clients, reinforcing our commitment to toptier rebuild services after disasters.
