- Receive inbound calls in a friendly manner from prospective and current members.
- Answer questions involving general information about Planet Fitness.
- Explain Planet Fitness policies to prospective and current members
- Inform prospective members the current prices and promotions
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate needed updates to members' accounts.
- Answer detailed questions regarding member's contract and company policies.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with prospects, members and co-workers.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 1 – 3 years of call center or customer service experience
- A passion for fitness and health.
