Your tasks

We are looking for a legal trainee (m/f/diverse) to support our legal department at our location in Eschborn starting as soon as possible.

You will work with a high level of responsibility on relevant issues and projects from various legal areas, especially contract and commercial law, and gain valuable practical experience in a global environment during your internship or elective stage.

By participating in consultations with internal clients, contract negotiations, and team meetings, you will gain in-depth insights into the workings of the legal department of a globally operating DAX corporation and be part of a dedicated international team.

Your tasks include:

Handling specific, practice-relevant inquiries from worldwide departments in German and English
Independent examination and evaluation of diverse, current factual and legal issues, as well as developing solutions and conducting research for the preparation of legal opinions
Support in the drafting and negotiation of contracts of all kinds
Participation in international projects
