Summary
We stock ~1,500 emergency vehicle lighting SKUs across 35+ different brands in our warehouse and serve a variety of customers types - including but not limited to law enforcement, fire, EMS, and a variety of different commercial end-users.
You will have the opportunity to join a growing team and receive training and guidance from our experienced Customer Support Team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls regarding past, present and future orders with Strobes N' More
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products accordingly
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them when necessary
- Confirm all customer information is correct on every order
- Thoroughly note all orders explaining customer interactions
- Expand product knowledge through cross training and one on one training
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments (e.g., purchasing, warehouse, installation &upfitting)
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other CXfocused software programs
- Familiarity with the emergency vehicle equipment industry is a plus
- Educational & Work Experience Requirements_
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least (1) year of customer support experience required, preferably in a call center like setting.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work 9am 5pm Monday
- Friday

Compensation details included below (does not include quarterly incentive bonuses).
Pay:
$40, $47,500.00 per year
