- Manage end-to-end recruiting process including posting, sourcing, screening, background checks, offers, and onboarding for designated positions.
- Evaluate applications, review candidates' qualifications, and select suitable candidates for further consideration.
- Devise and implement strategic recruiting and sourcing approaches to draw talented individuals to the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers, aiding in the understanding of recruitment procedures, creating structured interview questionnaires, and offering guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and Class/Comp Manager during the offer phase.
- At least three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting involvement in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
- Experience in sourcing from both passive and active candidate pools using effective methods
- Capability to mentor and give advice to hiring managers
- Familiarity and skill with HCM/ATS systems

This is a TEMPORARY (3 months), FULL TIME/ 40 hours per week role.
Work Hours: Some flexibility between 8am - 6pm
Salary: $30 - $35/ hour based on experience
The Health Care Recruiter will play a vital role in the Human Resources department, focusing on recruiting and onboarding. Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, the selected candidate will research, devise, and execute effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
