  • Customized personnel planning for a multi-channel unit, taking into account individual availabilities
  • Intraday control (analysis, monitoring, and optimization of workload distribution)
  • Reporting and analysis of target/actual figures for the senior manager
  • Temporary participation in various cross-functional projects with an impact on daily business
  • You report directly to the Associate Director, Customer Service
  • At least 3 years of experience in workforce management and controlling CS operations and daily business (volume and personnel planning)
  • Highly proficient in using common planning tools
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy
  • Excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications and high IT affinity
