What to expect from us

Leading and implementing projects for the development and implementation of automation platforms
Close collaboration with subject matter experts to implement automated workflows on platforms such as Tecan, Beckman, and Hamilton
Providing technical support to improve and miniaturize automated processes in research and development
Standardizing and harmonizing automation methods and scripts across different systems
Testing and implementing the latest technologies for laboratory automation in innovation projects

What you bring to the table

University degree in chemistry, engineering, or a comparable education with practical laboratory experience
Proven experience in developing and standardizing laboratory methods
In-depth knowledge and experience in laboratory automation, particularly liquid handling, robotics, and integration of multiple devices
Expert knowledge in laboratory automation with Hamilton Venus, basic programming skills in languages such as C#/C++, Python are advantageous
Passion for exploring new technologies and digitization in the laboratory environment
Excellent German and English skills
Strong initiative, communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach
