What to expect from us
- Leading and implementing projects for the development and implementation of automation platforms
- Close collaboration with subject matter experts to implement automated workflows on platforms such as Tecan, Beckman, and Hamilton
- Providing technical support to improve and miniaturize automated processes in research and development
- Standardizing and harmonizing automation methods and scripts across different systems
- Testing and implementing the latest technologies for laboratory automation in innovation projects
What you bring to the table
- University degree in chemistry, engineering, or a comparable education with practical laboratory experience
- Proven experience in developing and standardizing laboratory methods
- In-depth knowledge and experience in laboratory automation, particularly liquid handling, robotics, and integration of multiple devices
- Expert knowledge in laboratory automation with Hamilton Venus, basic programming skills in languages such as C#/C++, Python are advantageous
- Passion for exploring new technologies and digitization in the laboratory environment
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong initiative, communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach
