Your tasks

You are responsible for handling challenging projects from specification to installation, system configuration, and conducting project-related trainings
Designing customer-oriented solutions based on our software products is part of your project work
You lead projects for larger installations
You support infrastructures in the areas of virtualization, Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS Exchange for our customers
Maintenance, care, and updates of customer IT systems are part of your daily work
In addition to project work, you are also responsible for the customer hotline, including troubleshooting and problem solving
You set up local and server-based data backup systems
You are responsible for the administration and monitoring of applications and server landscapes
Network support including LAN, WAN, firewall, and WLAN complete your tasks
