Our People and Culture Team is looking for you to support us in the areas of recruiting and personnel administration as a working student (m/f/d) at our location in Karlsruhe - Durlach.

What to expect
  • You support the People and Culture Team in recruiting and personnel administration, from the application process and onboarding of new colleagues to the administration of personnel-related content.
  • You manage the analogue document filing.
  • You process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • You take care of open positions in recruiting (especially for working students and support functions) including job interviews.
  • You support in scheduling job interviews and corresponding with applicants.
What you should bring
  • You are studying human resource management, communication science, psychology, business administration with a focus on personnel or similar.
  • You have between 16 and 20 hours per week available and are interested in gaining insights into the personnel work of a start-up.
  • You have extensive experience
