JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Administrative: Provide administrative support to the team.
- Procurement: Organize and place purchase orders (coming in and going out) while keeping records updated, storing documents, and advancing/streamlining ordering procedures.
- Filling, bottling, storing, tracking, packaging, and shipping product orders
- 100% at work position
MINOR ROLES:
- Provide solutions to reduce costs.
- Coordinate meetings, provide agendas, setup virtual and in person meetings. Facilitate direct contact between our team and internal/external contacts.
- Act as liaison with outside parties to coordinate meetings, scheduling, and other requests.
- Creation and maintenance of departmental training documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for visitors.
- Assist with special projects and join committees as requested
- Provide backup for other administrative team members as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience working in administrative and procurement roles
- Knowledge of scientific and business terminology
- Understands ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.
- Bachelors' degree from a university or reputable college
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work with computers and the latest software programs
- Ability to occasionally move and lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
