Description

Responsibilities:


  • Preparing estimates, and managing invoicing processes
  • Coordinating with the warehouse team to check and manage inventory
  • Help with employee payroll
  • Postevent client engagement and gathering feedback
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
  • Act as a personal assistant to management by handling various administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Help with employee payroll

Qualifications:

  • 15 years+ Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is required
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Computer literacy, including the ability to type accurately and use basic software programs
  • Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure accurate documentation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of an office.

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:


  • Assistant manager: 10 years (required)
