Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparing estimates, and managing invoicing processes
- Coordinating with the warehouse team to check and manage inventory
- Help with employee payroll
- Postevent client engagement and gathering feedback
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Act as a personal assistant to management by handling various administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Help with employee payroll
Qualifications:
- 15 years+ Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is required
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including the ability to type accurately and use basic software programs
- Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accurate documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Assistant manager: 10 years (required)
